Ask a DON may send regulatory update alerts, survey readiness reminders, and account notifications by SMS to subscribers who opt in.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Ask a DON at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the alerts you subscribe to and regulatory activity in your states.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that program.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@askadon.com.
• After replying STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers and delivery

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and should not be relied on as your only compliance notification channel.

Privacy
