It does not constitute legal, clinical, or professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Your organization remains responsible for compliance decisions, policy adoption, and clinical judgment.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free or that regulatory sources will always be complete or current at the moment of retrieval.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask a DON is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including survey outcomes, citations, or penalties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
